This Privacy Policy applies to all innovAIT websites, applications, platforms, and services within the innovAIT Constellation (including but not limited to airvAI, gvAI, cvAI, bvAI, stockvAI, and related backend systems).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

(a) User Data — Strict Privacy

• Account information: name, email, login credentials (hashed).
• Payment information: handled by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Contact information: support requests, feedback, communications, notification preferences.

Never sold or shared outside of core operations.

(b) Diagnostics Data — Expandable, Anonymized

• Audio files (e.g., engine recordings).
• Images or videos (e.g., livestock, tools, equipment condition).
• Diagnostic logs.

Used to deliver diagnostics and improve AI. May be anonymized and aggregated for system research and expansion. Never sold as user data.

(c) Valuation Input Data — User-Provided, Domain-Specific

• Asset details such as aircraft specs, firearm descriptions, livestock traits, vehicle info, and similar data required to provide valuations.

Used to generate valuations and may be anonymized into market insights (e.g., average resale values by quarter).

(d) AI Outputs & Reports — innovAIT Product

• Generated valuations, diagnostics, and PDF reports.
• Structured narratives and insights created by our AI systems.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your inputs. innovAIT retains ownership of the AI outputs & reports.

License to User: You receive a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, download, and share reports for lawful purposes.

Restriction: Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or modified for commercial use without innovAIT’s written consent.

(e) Security & Audit Data — Protection Layer

• IP address, device fingerprint, browser/OS, user agent, origin.
• Login/logout events, failed attempts, password reset requests.

Used solely for fraud prevention, abuse detection, audit, and compliance; typically retained for 12 months.

(f) System & Performance Data — Operations Only

• Server logs, uptime data, error logs, performance metrics.

Internal use only and not linked to user identity.

• Contractual necessity — to provide valuations, diagnostics, and account services.
• Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Constellation.
• Legal obligations — to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.
• Consent — where explicitly required (e.g., marketing communications, cookies).

• Operate and secure our applications.
• Generate valuations, diagnostics, and reports.
• Provide user history, regeneration, and fraud prevention.
• Improve performance, expand features, and train AI models (using anonymized/aggregated diagnostics and valuation data).
• Communicate confirmations, service updates, and optional marketing messages.

Special Provision for Diagnostics Data: Media uploaded for diagnostics is processed securely and associated to your account. We may use de-identified, aggregated diagnostic data to improve AI models and develop new services. Identifiable diagnostic files are never sold, rented, or shared as user data.

• Passwords encrypted using industry-standard hashing.
• TLS/SSL for data in transit.
• Backups secured via multi-infrastructure, air-gapped environments.
• Role-based, logged access to data.
• Security events promptly reviewed and acted upon.

We do not sell user data.

We share data only with:

• Service providers (hosting, payments, email) under binding agreements.
• Law enforcement/regulators where legally required.
• Within the innovAIT Constellation when necessary for cross-app functionality.

Diagnostics & Valuation Data: May be anonymized and aggregated for AI training, market insights, and product expansion, and is never linked to individual accounts when shared externally.

• User Inputs: You retain ownership of the data you submit (e.g., specifications, descriptions).
• AI Outputs & PDF Reports: Proprietary products of innovAIT and its AI systems.
• User License: Personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, download, and share reports for lawful purposes.
• Retention: innovAIT may store reports to enable regeneration, user history, fraud prevention, and system improvement.
• Restrictions: Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or modified for commercial use without innovAIT’s written consent.

• User accounts: until deletion request or account closure.
• Valuations & Reports: retained for user access, regeneration, and fraud prevention.
• Diagnostics: typically 12 months for raw media unless longer retention is required to improve model performance or for security/fraud prevention (then stored in de-identified form).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data may be processed outside your country. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) where required.

We investigate misuse and may suspend access for security reasons. Material breaches of this policy may result in termination of services.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices. We will post updates with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required, notify you directly.
